Terms & Conditions

UPON RECEIPT OF PAYMENT OF THE BOOKING FEE, IT IS DEEMED THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND HAVE ACCEPTED THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This is an agreement between the booking client (hereafter known as the ‘client’) and Lavish Limousines to hire the motor vehicle(s) described above. Upon payment of the booking fee it is deemed you have read, understood and have accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement. You, as the client are fully responsible for this booking and for all passengers travelling in our vehicle(s). Only persons over the age of 18 years are able to make a booking with Lavish Limousines.


Payments & cancellations

  1. When you, the client pays the booking fee to secure our services, it is deemed that you have read, understood and accept the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  2. No booking is confirmed until the Booking Fee has been paid.
  3. The client acknowledges that the booking fee is non-refundable, nor can it be transferred to another customer or another booking date.
  4. The client agrees to pay the balance in full to Lavish Limousines (90) days prior to the booking date or unless outlined in the payment section of this agreement, which is non-refundable.
  5. Should you cancel or change your ‘pick up’ date, any booking deposits or money paid, is non-refundable and the full contractual amount must be paid by the client by the original due date stipulated in the booking contract. In the event where payment is not made by the client, you will be given 7 working days to make the payment. In the event that the 7 working days lapse and no payment has been made, the outstanding account will be outsourced to a collection agency and legal action will commence. Any additional fees incurred by collection agencies and/or legal action will be paid by you.
  6. Full payment of the contractual amount must be paid prior to the booking date. In the event that full payment has not been made the booking will be cancelled and the client will be liable for the full contractual amount.
  7. In the event where the booking deposit and/or balance is paid by cash, cheque, electronic transfer, credit card details of the client will be taken for any further charges specified in this agreements terms and conditions.
  8. Subject to the availability, “overtime” of the vehicle and the chauffeur, and can only be approved by the office of Lavish Limousines. Overtime is calculated and charged in 15 minute intervals. The overtime rate of the Chrysler limousine is $115 per 15 mins: Chrysler Sedan $60 per 15 mins. The overtime fee will be deducted from the client’s credit card and must be paid by the client before overtime will be approved.
  9. By entering into this agreement you authorise Lavish Limousines to debit your credit card or pay any charge/s incurred by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
  10. In the event where the credit card provided by the client fails, you will be given 3 working days to make the payment. In the event that the 3 working days lapse and no payment has been made, the outstanding account will be outsourced to a collection agency and legal action will commence. Any additional fees incurred by collection agencies and/or legal action will be paid by you.

Conditions of travel

  1. SEATBELTS: As per current legislation, all passengers must wear seatbelts while travelling in the vehicle.
  2. VEHICLE ACCESS: Due to the length of our stretch limousines, access into various suburban streets, ceremony and reception locations may be restricted. Pick up/drop offs at the front door may not be possible. The chauffeur reserves the right to deny access at locations that may put our vehicle and/or its passengers at risk.
  3. DAMAGE: If you or any member of your booking party damage or soil the interior or exterior of our vehicle including all fittings and fixtures, you will be liable for all costs incurred to rectify the damage. Payment for the damages caused must be paid by the client within 7 days of the charter date. If you or any member of your party behaves in a manner that is deemed to be rude, offensive, unsafe, or considered intoxicated before, after or whilst en route, we reserve the right to terminate your booking and evict you from the vehicle. No refund will apply.
  4. ALCOHOL: We do not offer as part of our service, and we will not be held responsible or liable for you or any of your party consuming alcohol nor the consequences that may ensue. All alcohol consumption is your responsibility and at your own risk. You alone shall accept full responsibility. Any minor caught consuming alcohol while en-route in our limousine will be evicted from our vehicle/s immediately.
  5. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: We cannot assume responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, road and weather conditions, illness, vehicle breakdown etc. Should there be a vehicle breakdown or mishap rendering the reserved vehicle out of commission we reserve the right to substitute the vehicle/s. We will make every effort to supply a similar vehicle.
  6. INSURANCE: Our insurance policy covers all authorised persons travelling in the vehicle en route to their destination. Passengers assume personal liability when entering and exiting our vehicle/s. Lavish Limousines accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of personal property.
  7. LIMITS OF LIABILITIES: In all cases, Lavish Limousines, owners, operators and chauffeur/drivers maximum liability shall be limited to a full refund of monies paid pertaining only to the contracted trip in question. We will take all care, but not liability will be assumed. No Claim for Liquidated Damages, Consequential Loss or for any other eventuality shall be admissible.
  8. # OF PASSENGERS: The Maximum number of passengers allowed in our Chrysler Limousines is restricted to 11 adults & 4 adults in the Chrysler Sedan.
  9. GRACE PERIOD: Our aim is to arrive at the pick-up points in advance of the times agreed. Occasionally, events outside our control (eg traffic congestion, bad weather etc) may cause us to be late. In these circumstances, provided we arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick up time, this will be deemed to be within the terms of the agreement & acceptable, in such cases, and if reasonably practical, we will endeavour to adjust the agreed booking times to make up for the delay, for example by adding a similar time at the end of the booking period.
